The Swing Empire was formed by brothers John & Sam Davison in 2005. Their great love for the fantastic music of the swing era, combined with the impact produced by that powerful Big Band sound; drove their passion to form an impressive group boasting some of the finest musicians in the country.



Throughout the years performing at 1000's of events of all shapes and sizes throughout Cornwall and beyond, the band have meticulously developed their own, modern take on that vintage Big Band sound... and also picked up a few awards along the way.



With songs performed from the Roaring 20's, The Golden Age of Swing, The Rat Pack era, popular Jazz Greats, Jumping Jive and even some present day classics; The Swing Empire fills dance floors with music that stands the test of time and that everybody knows and loves.
